I received a reply from SmarterSubmit saying that they were sorry for the delay, however, I have not received a follow-up or ETA. Can you please let me know when my order will be complete?

I am not one who generally posts things like this, but most of the services I have used here have come with great support. This service on the other hand is turning out to be somewhat more than less than desirable.

Like the poster above, I have sent multiple requests for updates, and while I did receive one reply there was no indication of what was going on or when the order would be complete.

At this point, I will be processing a claim with PayPal and cancelling the order should I not receive an ETA for completion today.
