I set up a 2nd Facebook account and after posting in some groups
for a while, Facebook requested phone verification. I verified it
and after 1 post it blocked me and requested that I send legal
documents to prove who I am etc...

My goal is to set up multiple verified accounts that can use an
auto-poster app. I'm aware of the posting frequency etc, but my
concern is that Facebook may come around and block the account.

Could you give me any advice on this? Thanks

Added you to skype list .. but I've stopped making youtube pva's for few days as there was a recent update in YT and accounts aren't good after that.. so trying to figure it out and come back stronger.

May be you are trying to join too many groups etc...
There can be several reasons for that..
Just google your question and you'll find many answers and advices
