1- Can I get banned?
You can get banned from any program if you're doing something wrong. However, we like making money just as much as you Share your method with your affiliate manager if you're unsure and he will tell you if its against TOS or not.

2 - Can I receive payments?
Of course! If we didn't pay we wouldn't be in business.

You WONT get banned for E Whoring. One of their main guys reached out to me in a PM once either on this forum or GFY when he saw I was doing good with Chaturbate. I told him I do E Whoring methods. I send the traffic to my blog and they have to click on a picture/ad to get sent to their offer. If they sign up that's on them I'm not forcing them to or anything. He said that was fine. I made $40,000 my first year and got paid every penny. They even said I had decent conversions. (They email them every so often asking them to upgrade their account)

So no you won't get banned if you start converting.

Yes, every network requires some free leads to convert. If they don't: i would suggest not doing business with them.

Advertisers pay for leads in order to get new business. If leads are not converting, advertisers will stop paying. Which means the offer will die out. So its in everybody's interest to make sure your leads convert.
