What smartphone should I get? Below 350$

Recommend me a smartphone below 350$ that will match up, I am located in Europe so you can choose from amazon.de or .co.uk if you like! Or wherever you like.

What I like:

Good luck trying to get a oneplus phone. First you can only get one through an invite system and a lot of people that have ordered it are still waiting on their phone months later

OP for that price range i would go with a google nexus 5

I've just gone from HTC to Samsung (S4) and I much prefer the Samsung.

Mine is the Mini Duos as I always buy dual sim phones and that was therefore my only option - but I am liking it.

Battery life could be better but I think that's down to it being the Duos rather than an S4 problem.

buy a phone from an indian seller you would get lot of high end sets like samsung s5 or i phone 5s at that price, check it that they do the shipping free

you can even go for first copy phone - yeah the korean make phone that is out in the market

$350 is low price, Im not sure you can get a Brand New High Configuration Phone as your demand you mentioned.

I've been using a Nexus 5 for about 6 months now. It's a great phone and I would recommend it to everyone.
The battery life, which used to be ok-ish, have been fixed with recent software updates and lasts me up to 4 hours of screen time.
