I dont think nulled themes are safe to use as they are mostly not updateable unless the site featuring them comes up with regular updates.

I know that, but I am making my first few sites, and I have around 3, 3*40 = 120.

I don't want to spend an extra 120$ I might not have to spend.

mafiashare and wplocker are to sites i used to get nulled themes when starting out, when had little to no money. I never had any problems with any of the themes i downloaded.

Tip, use free themes until you make some commissions and buy a paid theme if needed then. Simple.

When get a nulled theme most of the time you will be stuck with hidden links and other crap + your theme will not be updatable which means no performance improvements, no bugfixes, no new features.

Just make some cash with a free theme and jump to a paid one after that. It is so simple. It seems you have 315 posts, you've got to know how to make some cash right...
