Hi Jim,

love the current updates article poster / scraper etc and really like the way NHSEO is developing from strength to strength. I've not had chance to fully explore under the hood at the latest stuff so could tell me if the article poster uses article directories to post to?

Also, I know that the updates must have taken a lot of time to do, but could you add the usual mouse hover explanatory notes to the new features pls

P.s Will there be any new vids covering usage of the new feature updates?

Not that I would report you or anything but asking for review copies is against the rules in the marketplace section of this forum (just warning as some sellers might report users for this).

As NHSEO is well established I am not currently offering any review copies but you can get a 7 day trial of No Hands SEO so you can try it out without having to pay any money right now.

Whilst I'm pretty new to the whole SEO thing and a lot of stuff still goes right over me [it takes me a while to pick-up on stuff to be honest] I'd like to record my thanks, for your ongoing efforts to make NHSEO an even more useful part of my overall SEO strategy, I particularly like the idea of being able to submit articles, as I have found this to be a worthy type of SEO to pursue, thanks again and good luck with the further development plans.

Cheers, my immediate plans for NHSEO are to add more article platforms, a comment scraper, more spinning and content options (KM, WAC etc) and then I have something planned that will make a huge difference to usability

Yes the articles are posted to article sites only, no profile links masquerading as article links like some other tools do.

I will be adding mouse hover tool tips to all controls, it just got to a point where I needed to release the update otherwise I would have been constantly adding new bits and never get it out, I will make a point of adding the tool tips as a priority. Thanks for pointing them out.

I will be doing a video or two about the new controls, hopefully sooner rather than later.

Thanks for the kind words guys, this update has been a huge undertaking and now hopefully I can concentrate on adding more platforms and features around it more regularly now. Also to those helping out by fielding questions posted here thanks a lot, it really means a lot and helps me out (if the rep system was still in place I would be dishing it out in spades).

I am not sure about a manual mode, maybe as a companion tool that would be free to NHSEO buyers but not as a direct feature of NHSEO as it isn't really in keeping with what NHSEO is about.

Hopefully videos will be up by the end of the weekend on next week. PDF submission could be added now article support is added, it would just be a case of coding in the platforms for it, that is definitely something that will be in the works soon.

I bought No Hands SEO after using the trial and have 7 campaigns running simultaneously. After updating the program to the newst 2.x.2 update I can't even start the program....

That would suggest your database has become malformed, this can happen when NHSEO is forcibly closed while writing to the database. You can try restarting and see if it stops giving this message but if it reoccurs the only solution will be to delete/rename the DATABASE.db3 file in your "My Documents\No Hands SEO" folder and then reinstall.

It is very important to always allow NHSEO to finish posting before closing and to allow it to close completely rather than closing it via Task Manager or leaving it open while the computer is restarted.

CLR is .NET so either your .NET install is corrupted or the download was corrupted.

You should try re-downloading the trial (from here) and install it again. If that doesn't get it working again you will want to try reinstalling .NET 2.0, you can get this directly from the MS website but I would say it is likely to be a bad download.

It would appear that there was indeed an issue with the latest version and how it was packed, oddly it didn't affect all users but I have since re-packed and re-uploaded so if you are/were having this issue re-downloading and installing with the latest version will fix it for you.

NHSEO fully supports the entering of lists if that is how the user chooses to run it but it is not a necessity by any means. I actually wouldn't do it myself as you really end up with a predictable link pattern.

With No Hands SEO you enter in some search keywords that are related to your website and it will go off and find link targets based on those for you, this is how it was designed for use. This gives a more natural and relevant link pattern.

So in answer to your question, no you don't need to enter in any site lists or manage anything. Once you enter your profiles in to No Hands SEO everything else is done by the tool for you, you just need to load it up and hit the start button.

Anyone have any advice/criticism for my current setup for NHSEO? Currently I'm using it to get <250 OBL PR1+ contextual links for my tier 1 web 2.0s with 30% keywords 70% domain/generic variations and I'm wondering if I could tweak it some more.

You sure? I had it at 10 threads and 60 proxy threads and it was burning out my public proxies really quickly

I get with 35 proxy threads enough proxies to run 20 searching threads.
