Yeah, had a similar question as the one above. Is this guide mainly assuming you already have a successful website that generates profit? Or is it targeted for anyone with a reasonable amount of capital to invest (1k or less) who would like to enter the website flipping business and go from there? In your experience, and not from what you guys have personally made because that's pretty unrealistic for damn near everyone lol, what kind of profits do a lot of guys see from being a broker? I'm guessing it really just depends. Stupid questions I know, but TYIA!

While Flipanomics indeed mainly concentrates on the selling side of things, we are actually planning to add a module about buying very soon. We haven't yet decided whether this will be part of the core materials of Flipanomics or offered as a separate add-on, but good news is that everybody who gets in now will have free access to updates (including this).
Buying - see above.
Brokering - assuming you mean actual brokering (selling websites for others, rather than buying and selling), this is a market that is extremely difficult to get into and you need to have a lot of experience behind you, as well as reputation/contacts to succeed. Those new to the industry are much better off buying (or building) and selling. This is also where meathead and I started!

As you can read above, it focuses on the selling part, which means you should already have a website with traffic and profit so this is no newbie's guide. If this was to be a such thing, that'd be awesome, I'd myself take part but it's useless to me.

Do the website need to be high ranked and have a lot of traffic to sell ?
or i can just build an awsome website in few weeks and only focus on the layout/design/appearance and sell it without any traffic and ranking?
I guess traffic amount will influence the selling price ?
..i dont realy mind getting a little less money to skip the "traffic building" part hehe

Generally speaking, websites that don't have traffic (and are therefore not generating revenue) won't almost ever sell for more than a few hundred dollars. As such, building up traffic and revenue is essential. But with that said, if you're someone who enjoys cranking out tens of sites a month and you're happy selling them on $100 a pop then it can indeed be a feasible model for you.

I have always been interested in flipping sites, I have a bunch of domains just sitting around so if I could make a few hundred off them I would be happy.
My only concern is, (because I have seen this alot) all the reviews are from members who are JrVip or have dealt with you in the past. Is there anyway someone else who has tried this give a review? I just get skeptical about things, you know the saying, if its too good to be true then it probably is.

Rest assured, we have many people on board who are not Jr VIPs. It's probably the fact that Jr VIPs are more likely to speak up as they are more keen to post on the forum in general. I'm hoping some of our non-Jr VIP buyers will see this and post a quick review

Probably not on a public marketplace. Buyers who value traffic tend to have other sites in the niche - so try messaging similar sites in your niche.
