Is this true, the press release will actually be listed on the prweb domain? also will it be syndicated? I understand you cannot choose who picks it up but do you have proof that at least a few sites repost the press release?

Press releases are more focused on generating real traffic to your website. There is a benefit indirectly to increasing the credibility of the website with search engines.
