Can we get a digital currency section?

Yeah its an SEO forum. But PPC, programming, media buying, my journey discussions, freebies, youtube, web hosting, site flipping, video production, are those not non-seo related topics? This forum is probably like <20% SEO talk, all the rest in just making money in general.

I am not pushing too hard for a digital currency section, but I do want to prove my point that there is already many non-seo related sections on this forum. This forum is not for purely SEO related talk anymore.

Yeah, I know, I was just winding people up.
I have no objection to the suggestion but in MY opinion I don't think it will work out well.
If enough people, do want it, then I am sure DD and the crew will look into it but I would rather see other sections introduced first.
This is just my opinion.

Why don't you see if you can get a poll added to this thread, then people can vote and we can see if the majority are behind this idea?

this is an IM forum not a bitcoin forum.

mods have enough to do without adding this minefield
once we start adding more / more sections its more for the mods
to have to watch and where does it end?

Bitcoin section would lead to Forex or related section which would lead to HYIP. And that would be bad.

Signatures and posting info about Bitcoin in the Making Money section seems like it would work and mesh with BHW.

"Pay Per Click" "Torrents" "programming" "scripting".

to those who say bhw is only a seo forum.

i paid adwords $1k > got 3k visitors > 300 sales> i made $5k . you mean my method is different from blackhatworld ? ?

The biggest problem with this idea is that a bunch of amateurs will start giving bad investment advice and scammers will start offering their fantastic trading opportunities.

I was against the idea BUT with all the BTC and Crypto threads it might be better to have them all in one section.
I still think it will invite problems (Investment Gurus/Scammers) but there does seem to be a demand.

I had some good links coming from comments I give on articles which allow commenting through the Facebook Social Plugin.
But now I can't get my link in the comment anymore, I get ghosted when I try..

Trading has a bunch of regulations - and bringing people together over a forum without heavy moderation and disclosure is a risk to the forum in general -- so we shouldn't promote that here imo.

Bitcoin and these other online currencies aren't regulated at the moment - but if the forum opens up to this stuff now - its going to attract all kinds of scams/schemes etc and long run .. is it worth it ? .... then when they do get regulated can cause issues.

I think we should have a digital currency section. Most, if not all people who are on the digital currency bandwagon are internet marketers or have their fingers in places to make money online. There should be rules about no trading currencies between members for obvious reasons.

Maybe make it a Jr.VIP section. I think we should get one!
