My website has been down like the entire day . It either does not load at all or loads in like 30 seconds. Took me about 1 hour to edit one sentence on my website because of all this downtime, I am getting 504 gateway errors, database errors and sometimes it just redirects my website to cpanel .

I've had the same issue. Since yesterday. I hope I didn't lose my database, cause I haven't made a backup recently. My wordpress sites are back up. But I can't sign into admin and I none of the pages are correct.

This hosting company comes across and a complete scam. My account was never activated after 1 week and the only response I received from Sunil was "We will activate in 2 hours" which was 4 days ago. Now they are putting off their customers by saying that they upgraded their servers and will take 24 hours, which has taken 2 days.

yeah I also think the same, and I'll submit a ticket for a refund now. I was very patient but it's more than enough now and I cannot wait any longer.

I even hit them up on Skype and they just ignore me. Just a complete pain in the butt. I've gone with Skynet Hosting and I suggest yo do the same. The even offer A, B and C class IP hosting if you're setting up a PBN.

thanks for the suggestion mate, it's time to change hosting now. I just submitted a ticket for a refund, and I will be changing hosts now.

They issued a refund almost immediately. So refunds are a priority, but answering to paying clients is not. These businesses crack me up.

I will wait until tomorrow, if the problems are not solved I will unfortunately have to change the host . My website is losing both rankings and visitors because of this downtime which has been going on for some days already .

Can't download full backup of my sites on blueangel..
Download speed got as high as 25kb/s but now is down to complete 0. Same story for about 4 days now.

I don't understand why they had to change servers. Everything was perfect before this change. I don't think that was a very smart move on there part.

I believe they changed the servers because the previous ones were getting too crowded, or something like that .

yeah bro, you are right. It's been 20 hours since I created the ticket for refund, and he hasn't replied to it yet. I will wait for few more hours after which I am gonna talk to the mods so I can get refund. If I had paid using paypal I would have opened a dispute, but since I used a card for payment, I have no other choice than to create a ticket.

i suggest you guys hurry backup and move to other web hosting. i waited for 2weeks for him proclaimed moving to powerful server. Before moving, page load= 6sec/mb 95%uptime 100uv/daily. After moving, page load= 10sec/mb + endless downtime 20uv/daily . I shifted to another offshore same pricing shared web hosting, page load= 1sec/mb no downtime yet. good luck guys, hopeful your readers will come back.
