Nevermind, I got it sorted. Just 1 more question - can you please tell me where are the projects files being saved/located as I can't seem to find them. Would like to import previous projects to a new installation. Thanks.

EzeeRankDb.db file.. just move from your old folder to new ones.. you will be good to go.

I am requesting that in the next update, You pull the company name set by the user and use that as the from email name for sent reports so clients getting the reports are seeing it come from the correct company.....

Currently sent reports say they are from ezee rank tracker
It needs to say its from the company that is doing the report. Should be a quick and easy fix, just pull the company name from branding settings (its all to do with branding)

Please make sure your VPS has .Net 4.5 and Microsoft Visual C++ Installed. Its 99% Root Cause for Issues.

I have good private proxies but we all know how tricky google can be If proxy gets banned, will software inform me or just start reporting false negative results? Also how well does it rotate proxies ? I don't want them getting banned because I seriously got shitload of keywords.

Software will stop working and it will show as IP Banned. Basically we ran a check of around 975 keywords with proper settings... went without a hitch (100 serp results and 30 sec wait time with 3 threads)

I bought ERT 10 days ago but I got 2 problems:
1. Can not run ERT
2. When I can run ERT, the function check all projects didn't work, I always get N/A result for all projects.

I'm really disappointed and I think I lost my money but NO. I got a GREAT GREAT support from him. We work together to figure out the problems and it took us about 2 days to fix. He help me TeamViewer, run Debug and many things he can do to help me fix his software. One more special thing he gave me is a FREE License of ERT. He said that is a gift for the inconvenience I got. I really appreciate his support. Now ERT works great!!! THANKS SO MUCH!

P/S: Please add some features like:
- Add projects to a group
- Check ranking for 1 group
- Check ranking for all groups.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to leave a short review. I have been using this since the start of the year to track YouTube videos and I cant find any major faults with the software or the support.

I have reported various small bugs and made a few suggestions on how to improve the software. Support are quick to respond and bugs are fixed quickly.

I have never used any other rank tracker programs so I am unable to compare Ezee rank tracker to anything else but with the support and performance of the software I see no reason for me to go anywhere else.
