I have recently read a thread written by one of our honorable members T0mmy. I hear everything your saying brother and noted this over 12 months ago but wasn't really listened to and decided that why was there a hireachy of powers from admin, to mods, to the donors to just the plain ole foot soldiers. I came to the conclusion that the need for change needed to start from the top. However,since the guy at the top is earning money and very busy, just really doesn't have time to see everything, this is what his mods are there...
Some mods of this forum are amazing, and well.... some have some people skills to develop... I can't wait to meat these guys face to face in Las Vegas baby, then we can discuss issues f2f and hopefully get them sorted
There is a trend which you are noticing, which I noted 12 months ago of members and certain groups with certain members whom are almost creating what i call "tiered profiling"
You know how you have "Tier 1, 2 & 3 right"
Well the Tier 1s are those with loads of bs posts, no quality in the content they write and use there false position of superiority..
Tier 2 ---- There sidekicks, recruiters..
Tier 3 --- the foot soldiers/noobs
Now these guys, I have managed to infiltrate there groups by social engineering and even having personal conversations with them and one of the members you noted, he is actually on prescriptions for valium...
I used to be angry at these people but now I feel sorry for them, they are clearly intimated by the fact of those who are earning money.
These people are suffering and are on medication and are feeling bad that they can not live up to the levels of members on here...
so the old saying goes -
"If people can't come to your level, they will try and drag you down to theirs"
These people though, are like cockroaches, and almost instantly annoy you and biting to them and there narcissistic personality traits, just feeds them more, the reason why these people will flame, is they have a "exaggerated feelings of self-importance" .. what increases there exaggerated feelings of self-importance is several factors.. there post count, there so called rep, there thanks and most importantly getting reputable members to bite to them, which is almost like free publicity for them.
As for BHW on the whole, it's still a quality place but has changed..

These members are what I now call "Sharks - Especially those I consider Tier 1"
Reason why, they stay here all day, is because they don't earn money online, the only way they earn money is by surfing BHW for noobs who will listen to them and sign up or buy anything of them, they are predators! This kind of behaviour is also earning them money and recruiting foot soldiers to there campaign, who are going out doing exactly the same behaviour, so the behaviour of people is breeding and it's not a good one,as what your witnessing, is evolving.. where people are getting confused with blackhat & scamming, there are 2 totally different things, 1 is legal so to speak and the other is not and is a criminal offense in nearly every country...
Change will have to start at the mods, to report to diamond damien.
Mods are his eyes and ears, they will have to start there own campaign to pretend to be noobs and infiltrate these groups of scammers, sharks that are on BHW.
Not because I say so, but because of the future of there business, there forum and the very members who made this forum to what it is today.
IT'S NOT TO LATE FOR BHW, BUT CHANGE NEEDS TO HAPPEN SOON.
