I just took a look into your account and all your links submitted are phpinfo() exploits which Google is barely indexing and not indexing at all.
Indexing mainly depends on the links quality and such low quality links have never been doing any good for indexing or website ranking

Since you directly ask for a refund without contacting me to work out the issue and waiting for my response, you have been refunded, no problems
