I have read your post long ago. and few other members posts too. I have implemented them on my ease
but still i have few confusions.

1. After the post panda and penguin - Do you recommend to go for any sort of Tier 2 blast only after having anchor text diversity and link building diversity or Concentrating on one keyword at a time ( what you said back in 2011) ?
2. Should i have same profiles for web2.0 submission linking to money site for Building backlinks to same URLs (Different keyword) or use different ones for same URL submission (As i heard google doesn't likes too many referrals of backlinks coming from same source )

Knock it if you like, but with minor tweaks the method still works. The idea behind the method still does wonders to rankings.

There are Fiverr gigs offering these services. You can also find a VPS pre-loaded with SEO software.
