He was very polite, but, in my opinion, he only did the right thing to do.

I must make clear that don't recommend his services though, he takes too long to make the sites, and the texts are really bad. I got really pissed off.

As i mentioned before any one can ask refund if we can't provide the site on time, Some sites were got delay and some of them could finished within 48 hours, You can check some reviews to get an idea, Because of that due to some technical problems we had to delay our few pending orders, And now we do fast ,
