A good list but not many free ones. SO if you are going to use these take into account the extra cost.

Very interesting, more interesting is that you don't need promotion, probably Android Market put you in the some new listed games list and you are seen by people
You have some amazing Fiverr gigs for promotions/fake reviews too. That can boost rankings a lot!
I just wanna ask you if you can point me in the right direction, about what kind of apps you are creating (what offers you are promoting)...I have in mind just to make free blog and make app using appgeyser around it, I am right? If yes, what is content on blog?

@Ushiromiya Battler - Nothing I'm doing is fake or wrong. People get exactly what is offered. So no bans for me.
@ johnnierush2012 - I wont be getting any fake views, downloads, reviews etc. This is all natural and giving them no reason to ban me.
Regarding the views it's all to do with what people are searching for on Google Play

It is very simple... you just need to code an app which uses a browser and redirect it to the offer. The user won't know it is a browser since you can make it to look like a real app. You won't see the addres bar, or any buttons.
