Just an update. I placed an order with this guy in december, I paid full upfront. His staff never delivered, and on top of that I was left 2 weeks worth of customers to refund. His staff knew nothing, he keeps on making excuses about the refund, but he never pays up. I'm quite a lenient guy but 3 months it's been now, and he still HAS NOT PAID. Buyers BEWARE.

I need some VA who can create websites I will provide magento logins and theme just need to install it create logo, and more general works like creating categories based on how I explain also he needs to know computer really good so I can assign some random task like adding articles to a website (copy from some website online).
