1) Why would I send you samples with no PR? I have double checked. They have PR. Yes, I will be obviously posting to PR sites only.

2) We take all the possible measures to avoid any penalties. We use unique content, diverse themes, ips and other measures I wouldn't want to give away.

3) No, but our general finance sites should be good for you.
