This has probably been posted here somewhere but I cant find it.

Can someone share a resource on how to make my own private proxys. I can get ips from server no problem. This will surely be cheaper than having to buy them every month.

I found this guide for sale
Code:
http://elite-proxy.net/

Sounds like the right stuff. Dont want to resort to buying it just yet.

WOw!

I am really interested in this....

I wonder if you can pick your state or country too!

I have a feeling he is just going to tell you how to set up your own virtual server, and then add ips to it or something close to that.

thats fine by me, I dont necessarily need his particular method/product I just want the info on how to make my own proxys. I already have a VPS and can get IPs for like 50cents each or something close to that. Even if its a buck each per month its much cheaper than renting proxys from people doesnt it.

At the moment the easiest way is glype - a free php based webproxy - you sure know that stuff: glype*com

But I would keep it secret. And maybe password protected. Not that you will get some problems by others using your webproxy.

There is difference between web proxy and elite proxy,

with webproxy every website is able to see your using proxy form mile away.

Elite proxy is anonymous which only you have acces to and most sites wont see it i guess :)

OK?! I am not an expert, but I thought when I use for example tripthru*com
as webproxy and make a proxy check at checker*samair*ru, the result says
it is an elite proxy.

How do they check, that someone is using a webproxy ? I mean how can say
'smell' it ?

There're plenty of proxy apps out there guys that you can run to create secure proxy on the servers, For fool proofing i would suggest using socks5 proxy with pass word auth

Could you give a quick reference for a program which works also on shared hosting (f.e. free webhosting) and is easy to setup ? THX

Sometimes proxies will be configured to pass certain variables in http headers that give them away as being proxies. I know http_x_forwarded_for and http_proxy_connection can do this. I think that this is what samair does to check proxies.

There are lots of other ways to break a proxy as well, like cookies, javascript and flash.

I think whatismyipaddress*com is the best proxy verifier.

This is a whole different thing altogether, Ive had many web proxies in the past they would not do for what I have in mind. For example you cant use it in blackhat tools where you have to load up several proxys and let it do its thing.

i think you can make your own proxies from linux server. There are some tools for that. And you do also need a script for the front end.

The product you are referring to belongs to 'CREZTOR' ...a forum member here

Tools call "Squid" and you don't need any front ends only shell access for your server to install and configure it.
