Just had to flag a job. Was working on my computer when suddenly some video player install (PPI) popped up. Window sayed it came from web2rule. Was a private job so couldn't confirm but it definitely didn't come from me browsing...how did such a site get approved? Maybe someone did the good old bait and switch...not cool.

1) If i upgrade to the $17/month pro version, do I get any pre-made accounts? Pro does not come with any accounts

2) How is the credit system calculated? Do you earn 1 credit per like/tweet? Everything is 1 to 1 ratios

3) How many total signals (shares/tweets/likes/etc) can I expect from the pro account? Should be plenty to run 7 domains
Assuming my pc is on for 12 hours/day. A rough figure?

4) Finally, do the accounts entered in the system ONLY like/tweet/shre stuff? Meaning do you
also post some sort of non-marketing, content-only stuff to keep them alive and real like? Or do we have to do it?

We pull from news rss feeds hourly to post normal kinda updates to keep the accounts healthy

Now that the lifetime licenses are out; it wonders me how far/long are you going to go with this service?

Hi Yestrion, We plan to run this for years and years, we only expect social/traffic patterns to play bigger and bigger factors for ranking. And now we have passed the 3k unique IPs in the network..we are really the first people to ever pull this off the right way.

@ Alex.b, I am going to go through the logs to try to find it...People try it all the time but our filters usually stop it. Thanks for the heads up

I tried to send traffic from google search and it failed.My site is on the first page of google and web2rule doesn't find my site ...or doesn't work.I made a ticket yesterday but no answer yet...

I don't seem to be able to make the new domain campaign save in the projects window, although it says its running in the window at the bottom with all the URLs.

Also how do u know why I can't get any tweets to work yet?

Hi Moot, after you hit save, you may need to go to other module and switch back for it to show, as the projects screen only updates on a new call to server., just helps cut down on server calls. About tweets...twitter is working fine, shoot me the url in a pm pls and ill take a peek.

We have a few people running on vps. It seems fine we run vms and dont test for vps. That said it seems to work fine now on a vps is the feedback I have been getting.

Well it installed on my Windows 2008 VPS but on run complained about a missing DLL + other errors. No big deal anyway. Are there any plans to officialy support it on VM/VPS? Any word on v2?

ok i downloaded this to find out it wasn't able to use my specific social widget on my wordpress site. So I thought fine... uninstalled. Now everytime I start my computer it fires up still. Can anyone actually tell me how to get the whole contents of this program off my pc? its leaving junk everywehre.

It works fine in vms, its what we run for the agency accounts. There are several people who use the software on vps but we have no plans to support vps. Can you send me the errors you got?

The program was probably running in tray mode when you uninstalled it. Delete the contents of the web2rule folder, that should take care of it.

I had errors regarding DLL's and other things also. Go to the FAQ page under the 'common issues and questions' section. There is a link to download MS runtime Libraries. It fixed my problem and I am running this in a VM.

I purchased them 5 days ago and have not hard back from the seller as yet. Have also emailed them but no reply as yet.

Do you know what the normal TAT is?

Same here, I was not getting any credits, plus my display of the software is not correct.
Contacted their help desk, someone replied, but then no further replies for over 5-6 days now.

So not very happy with the response time right now...maybe they are short on support people...

I sent him a message to get back on helping you-note he is not on our payroll and you may need to pay him to get custom solution. But he is pretty reasonable in my experience as I needed two custom versions before for my sites.

@clickwhale, I have no idea why you are having display issues- I have had about 2 tickets on this issue total since we launched...both were display resolution issues- past that I dont have any ideas sorry..
