HI, I just found this BUY keyword. (4 words), about electronic product.
Information:
-Monthly Search: 9900 All, 8100 USA
-LongTailPro Avg Competitiveness: 31
-EMD: .COM Available. (2 site .Net and .Org is not in TOP 10)
-TOP 10: NO keyword in title, NO keyword in url, NO keyword in Description, NO on-page at all
-TOP 10 almost ecommerce site: amazon, ebay, bestbuy...

Should I go for this keyword if I want to be #1 in 2 month?

I have to agree with Vonais.

Though they haven't good on-page SEO, it will be a difficult fight as they hold great authority. However, it is probably possible. (Lot of dedication and hard work needed.)

Dude google is favouring the big brands (E comm) I bet you cannot find any emd/pmd/normal sites for buy... keyword of electronic product without the first 5-10 are E commerce sites

hi ; one of the most expensive keywords (i'm working with it ) is Insurance - Auto insurance - life insurance and all types ..

* just an advice

I think you should go for it. It seems to be a great opportunity from my point of view

Did you search up the long tail keywords as well?

[product name] reviews
best [your keyword]

Go for the long tail keywords instead, you're much better off ranking for them instead of your keyword you're looking at

It depends on your skills and motivation. It is money KW and it is possible to rank, but it could be long run.

I would still do it.

my keyword is not product name. it is related to electronic product. ( example my keyword like this: best shoes for woman, cheap good smart phone, bla bla)
I research long tail keywords too and almost TOP 10 are ecommerce sites too.

I would not want to be competing with top ecommerce websites like Wal Mart.

I would do it, but I wouldn't set my goal at 2 months and give up if it doesn't work out by then...Just because the authority e-commerce sites are ranking for this KW doesn't mean you can't. It'll be a little more work than the average micro niche site, but it's definitely possible. What are you working on currently? If the EMD seems more lucrative than your current projects, maybe it's time to move on to this new KW.
At this point I'm happy to see amazon, ebay, etc on the first page because as was mentioned above, they're only ranking because of domain authority not because of amazing on-page and off-page SEO for that particular product page. DA only goes so far without PA, and seeing how mainstream e-commerce have no reason to build links to individual product pages for the most part, it'll be easier than some might be led to believe.

Side note: One thing that might make me say not to go for it is the fact that you're asking whether you should or not...this might indicate you aren't ready.. but who knows?

due to you are using Long tail pro, so spencer suggest avoid e-commerce sites on top SERP, but actually you can rank this keyword, but you must build an e-commerce site and have a good SEO profile, of course, you need a bit more time than normal sites that let google know you have an e-commerce site and also has a good authority.

I also research allintitle and there are only 4900+ results. Yes i'm not ready because this is first time I build a niche site. Anyway thanks for your thought

So i have an question like this ( sorry to post on your topic ). My competitors are higher tham me but just with 1-2 pages that contain my keyword. It should be hard to rank 1 ? Im on the 29 right now, still my website have 10 days. Its not an e commerce website, there are blogs.

Don't touch that keyword. Especially if you are using a new domain. You will likely get crushed unless you have a healthy budget for SEO. This is my personal opinion though. I don't even bother trying to compete with amazon, best buy, etc. Anything that comes from those domains is treated as Google gold.

It is definitely possible but I would personally keep searching. Patience!!! :-)
