Guarantee top ranking in apple app store?

Hi,

I have a skype friend that can guarantee me top10 position in any country in ios, i really don't know if I should believe him or not, but he says that it really works, so I'm wondering if any of you guys have any experience of this? I tried to gather information form him but he wouldn't tell me much, seems to be like an under ground app download network that he posts the app to and then everybody downloads it, that's what i'm suspecting. If you have any experience about this i would love to join such network, please don't hesitate to PM me if so.

Do you know this person? I mean "try it" as long as you know the guy, don't throw your money at some skype stranger....

i don't know him by person but i've had him on skype for a very long time, he won't let me "try it" he wants me to buy it, as I assume he pays some other people in a random network to download it, so that's why i was asking so i can get to the source right away

no.... create a simple app and submit it to a category that is "simple"

I already have an app game i want to promoto, and making a simple app for a simple play doesnt really mean much

If by "skype friend" you mean "random guy on my skype friend's list", then give it a pass on this one (especially because he's probably asking for the money upfront).

Ranking in medium category - 5k-10k investment

Ranking in easy category - min 2k investment

And that too after you know what to buy and where to buy from not just waste money on stupid media buys.

After getting ranked you are not done cause you competitors are also spending money. You need to keep spending to maintain those ranks.
