I have not used it for my own youtube videos but have had multiple users use it for youtube vids and report great success in ranking both in youtube search and in google organic search.

You can use them for money sites, but it depends on the site. For a site you created yesterday I would not recommend buying the largest package and using 1 anchor text and hoping for the best. Your bury the site before you ever have a chance.
Likewise if your working with urls on an established domain with good anchor text diversity then you could probably handle the top package straight to the site. However as part of a good link plan I would recommend to use a good diversity when it comes to anchors, including generic, branded and your key terms, along with a few naked urls tossed in.
Also I would build links to your money site home page as well as its internal pages and then also build links to tier sites as well. So "generically" speaking Id go for a small pack if your only working with the money site and go for a big pack if your looking to spread links across your money site and Tier sites.
As for results you can read the recent reviews as well as older ones. Results vary given the mass array of starting positions, niches, etc... of any given site, but generally results vary somewhere from good to great for most people. I even had one guy who bought a bunch of links and came back later saying he had purchased them in hopes of negative seoing a competitor site, and the links had actually helped the competitor site rank better for the target terms as well as for terms they weren't previously ranking well for. Then he bought a round of links for his own site.

Yes I can use any language. I have not personally tested it on google.com.br but as for building the links I can use Portuguese characters in the anchors. Links will be from sites in a variety of languages.
