Second Announcement: YouTube has had an update, and therefore it gave rise to two problems - Low Retention and Delay in updating the views. Since now I am back, I am working to work things around to get past this new update and get the ball rolling like before.

If you don't want a refund, then you will get 5,000 retention views + 50 Likes FREE sent to each of your video, no matter how many views you've ordered. This is because of having trust and faith on us.

How long will it take you to fix these problems?

What a nice way to address to issue! I'd have been happier if you delivered the views and come back for a request to resolve the case. It's simply not right to threaten like this.

My order was for 50k views split among 10 videos and my vids got around 800 views so far. I don't want refund but definitely hoping I get the rest of my views and the free 5000 on them. Will that be 5000 extra for all 10 videos or only one video gets the extra 5k?
