it all depends on how you use this tool if you keep switching proxies with the same account or follow 1,000s of users daily then yes your account might get banned
but if you make sure you have a delay set high enough and follow a low number of pple daily you should be fine as long as your account does not look spammy. as of now i have had no complaints from my customers of there accounts being banned using my product

I've been looking for something just like this - could you let me know if you can use without proxies? And I assume it's Windows only?

Also - if you do anything like this for Instagram I'll buy both on Monday when I'm back in the office. I need something to automate my IG life too, as both these networks and killing my hours every day!

depends on how many accounts you use. If your just using it for 1 or 2 accounts then you you will be fine. you don't need proxies if your using 10 or more accounts i would suggest you use proxies. Yes this only runs on windows xp and higher, not mac. and for follows I could not recommend a number but i would say don't go over 1,000 a day especially if you have little to no followers on your account.
