I'm having trouble compiling a list of 100-200 rss feeds using the stumbleupon toolbar for a large category = movies. I just get a bunch of gibberish blogs.

If I were to use a feed from a larger, commercial site like yahoo movies for example. Would wp-o-matic be able to format the posts in a way that would leave no trace of it coming from yahoo movies?

Great post op, what themes are you guys using for wordpress? Is there one in particular that works best for an automated blog. Aside from adsense anyone having luck with anything else?

Excellent post Earnest. I joined this Forum recently and just this one thread makes it seem that it was the right decision.

I have started making changes to one of my existing websites, and had a few problems with some of the plugins --- but I will get there.

In the meantime it will be encouraging to hear from people who are already having success with this method and see what sort of traffic they have started getting, together with improvements in their earnings.

Thanks for this guide m8, im a new to this but giving it a go ,could someone please tell me this, in the guide it says ' Change Link structure to - %postname%.
Do i put this after one of the defaults like 'ddmmyyyyChange%postname%' or do i just use %postname% on its own as the custom structure,if i do this and click on a page such as the sitemap page i created i just get a 404 error ,the page cannot be found.

when you leech the posts do you edit them in anyway? Or are they basically just dupes.

I'm having problem with the reddit method,, first my post doesn't show up in the submitted... then when i use the proxy to create other accts and vote with them...It doesn't bump my post...also my post doesn't show up under new images even though it is one of the newer posts... any thought?

I think the Reddit method is the most important part.

I always heard people say when you do this then traffic will come. But I never get such great results using those traffic methods.

Isn't it against adsense TOS to have more than 3 units of the same type per page? If you are putting 2 per post, your homepage posts are going to have a ton of ads in there, and prolly get u banned

I put 3 per page, if I put more than 3 ads, then it will only show 3 ads.

thanks for the guide. I'm trying to figure out the stumbleupon thing. So I put a top in my manage preferences section in my stumbleupon account, then I clicked blogspot in the toolbar and then stumbled. However, when I choose blogspot, it just gives me random blogspot blogs. How do I make it choose blogspot as well as my chosen topic?

However, I am not able to place them side-by side; they end up being on top of each other.

I'll appreciate your help in placing them side by side.

well i just started my autoblog earlier this week. reddit is getting me some very good traffic. but so far today i have 6744 adsense impressions and 2 clicks for a whopping 0.03 % CTR and $1.46.

careful about keeping up that low ctr with 'your' adsense account.

it may eventually get smartpriced, then your 2 clicks could become 4 cents.

Hello Ernest,

I am about to use your technique for finding Stumble images as suggested here...

"My favorite and one of the best trick is to use Stumble to find images, all you have to do is in your StumbleUpon Toolbar click the the button that says Stumble Images and it will show you tons of nice interesting pics, anytime you hit a nice one, download the image on your pc and then post it back on your blog with a new title.

Once that is done go to Reddit.com with your 1st account your main IP and then click Submit new link and then in title field put a title as long as possible, the longer the better, if you put short title you will not get any traffic. So for example --""

I was just about to select an image but the Website it refers to has a copyright notice.

Have you had any copyright issues with publishing these images? Your clarification will help.

Have to be more specific I just fooled around today and whiped up a couple and reddit works like a charm.
