there could be 2 reasons, as i think. the first one, you have no resources on the card, so add some money or,
sometimes the bank doesn't not allow taking off the money until you're telling them it's a safe site. happened to me when i tried to buy smth, so i needed to confirm with the bank.

Just a clarification OP should mention in bold : there are no email reports, the only reports are in your control pannel!

I've just talked with our manager. He said that all reports are coming in the account area.
Immediately after registration you should receive a message, containing the details of your account.
In your user-account you can find all reports!
