Hey I have two Paypal accounts. One is limited and has been for 180 days with the money that was inside already withdrawn. They said it was due to some risks about some payments to a service that was unrelated to the real reason my account got limited in the first place. The other account I made in a relative's name and I'd like to sell on ebay but I don't have a bank account in his name.
