That's not a 2checkout transaction ID, since our payment gateway is 2co please send us the 2checkout transaction ID for further help if need but usually all orders will be processed ASAP.

Full month review:

I purchased 30 proxies on the 29th of September.

The good:
They're cheap, haven't had any downtime on them.

The bad:
ungodly slow, and banned on a ton of sites for gsa, xrumer, and scrapebox posting.

Comparing my GSA LpM with these proxies to other unnamed proxy providers, again this is a full month review..

LpM with these proxies varied from 0.08 to 0.49

Other providers:
Anywhere from 1.92 - 2.80 depending on the provider.

End result: They work, they do what they say. If you can handle the slowness of the proxies it's a good deal.

First of all I need to mention that I had login issues to the blackhatworld forum, not sure what's wrong but it gave a 403 forbidden error during past few hours,
