Lol, you might win the most childish user I've dealt with on BHW award. It's extremely simple. Let me explain it again. I don't want another member reselling my service here on the forum. You're selling to MY customer base you half wit. How hard is that to understand.

Couple things. One, we researched on your given topic for awhile and I have since refunded the order because there just isn't enough to make a solid infograph.
Two -- Don't put the customers email on the form if you don't want them receiving emails from me. The email sent out was sent out to all past customers, it wasn't targeted specifically to you or your customer in any way.

This was a new customer to your service. I have never had a client purchase directly before but figured it would be safe since you have this set up to run through base camp. You state it at the beginning of this sales thread.

Second, you claimed earlier in the thread that it takes 3-4 days for the research, then 3-4 days for the design. We received our first communication from you 11 days after purchase - not in base camp (you did not post there even once) but here, refunding the money because you couldn't find enough data for the infograph. Surely, it should not have taken this long to figure that out.

I have no idea what really happened, just am certain it is not as you describe. You attempt to deceive with twisting of little details. But - carry on with your usual way. I've wasted enough time with you.

For wasting our time I give this service a big zero.

That has nothing to do with it. Most of the members on here with "pretty names" are children who spend too much time on forums. Fun fact, my bulk clients are mostly all no name 1 post wonders.

When things run smoothly, orders go on time. When there is a problem, like not being able to find enough information for a specific topic, the process is slowed. Good luck.

Review: I will keep this short and to the point: FU#KING AMAZING!

Note: I only gave a very general "topic" and two colors I wanted to be used. That is all.

1. Content: Received the content and it was a million times better than what I expected. Zero revisions needed. Great info and a nice flow to it.

2. Design: Received the design and the only revision I requested was a line of text changed from one color to another. It is so good in fact that I am having it blown up and turned into a huge floor to ceiling poster that will be framed and put in our conference room.

Overall: Super impressed and will be a customer for life if I continue to receive this quality. Placing another order Monday as well.

**I looked at the basecamp log for this and it was 4 messages. 2 posts by them with the content and design, and 2 by me approving. I then looked at the email communication with the designer I used for the last infographic I received earlier in the week - and it was 17 emails back and forth of revisions. Time is money, and knowing that these guys will get it right the first time is a major weight off my shoulders.

You get to review and approve each stage. We won't do changes forever, but we do make the changes you would like to see at each stage.

I've seen some quite nasty comments recently on this thread by some quite established looking users. I have also seen some Infographics on other sales threads. Well, chalk and cheese quite frankly. I have ordered one of these in the past (I'd order a ton more if I had the cash) and the quality far surpasses the others that I have seen. Seriously, these are top quality and are exceptional value for money. I also use irinareviews' 'News Blast' service loads and can honestly say irinareviews provides an excellent service. Yes, his 'bedside manner' can sometimes seem a tad short ;-) but the services on offer here are top quality. I have a print out of the infographic he did for me on my office wall - it is really that good! As I said, if I had the budget available for this sort of thing again then I'd have no hesitation in purchasing more. Unfortunately, Penguin seems to have taken a dislike to my major sites so the kitty's a little short these days.
