does anybody here own a private island?

i was just looking and drooling on all the island property's available and was thinking when will i get a chance to buy one...

and was just curious.. if anybody here owns a private island or ever owned one..

islands as generally presumed are not expensive... they start at something like $25,000...

but the really nice ones cost around $5-10mil but according to me they are worth it... and its the best time to invest!

umm... private islands have all the luxury that money can afford... some of them come with a lot of history... it demands a premium...

there are castles etc on some too!

so if i get one m not living with Wilson.. i will get some girls from playboy mansion to shift in with me there... hehe

what i love about these islands is the peace that one can get there... nobody to bug u!

though i need a satellite connection for the internet there... cant live without BHW

but u get a palm tree in the middle of the ocean i think in that money... lol

u get a 0.7acre island for that money... there are many available...

and ya this is the best time to buy stuff like this.... art, islands etc.. everything m passionate about!

I didn't buy it, it was a gift from my parents, they bought 2 side-by-side, one they're building their house on, one is mine apparently. I don't have pictures of it on this laptop, sorry, but here's a couple of my step dad on their lot. :/

I've been looking at http://www.privateislandsonline.com/ for the last 2 years now and basically all the inexpensive ones do not have electricity or fresh water - kind of tricky if you ask me.
