Technically, technically, titles should have the first letter capitalised unless the word is an article, coordinating conjunction and preposition.

So it would be:

About Us
Contact Us
Terms and Conditions
Privacy Policy

Wikipedia says so and everything:

Normally I feel bad when people get sarcastic answers to questions posted... I would say search for an answer, but .... OP, in an effort to help, as you may genuinely be looking for an answer.. How about just look around at the many, many, many websites of the world and see what they use...

Just to clarify, in case you have not gathered this from the responses thus far.. This is sooooo trivial in the grand scheme of things... I am one to focus on small things and get hung up, but this is not worth the brainpower used to type the question... Not to be rude, but don't focus so much on things that will not effect your overall goal... If this is an example of what you focus on in your endeavors, you are wasting some of your valuable time (I assume you value your time)..
