I think you need to hire a really great programmer to answer your question. However, these things are pretty much like gambling so it might be hard to get someone good to make functional codes for you.

I have never seen any public YT view bot that lasts long. They all get patched - you better get one privately coded and taliored to your requirements. Trust me, it is much better and well worth your money.
