Guys, as you know I took on this service January this year for my main money site, which was hit by an an update and had it's rankings lost. However after 8 months of being with you, I have now cancelled my service. I know you offer the 100% Rank improvements Guarantee, whereas after 6 months you will refund 100% of my investment for any keyword rankings that did not improve.

With the last email I got from you guys this month which stated, ?Our link building activity is producing positive results for your site "xxxxxx".? enough is enough.
I have no doubt that this works really, really well for some sites, but unfortunately you were unable to get my site back with any rankings.

I?ve spent $4,392.00 in total on MarketMongoose with this now. I?m not expecting 100% of my money back, as I understand there has been work involved in trying to get my sites rankings back, but at present I?m $4,392.00 out of pocket with you guys, and still have 0 rank improvements. How much of this total amount will you refund to me please? I would use your service again on a new site, but it just regrettably didn?t do anything for my hit site.

Obviously this is not a problem that can be solved in our thread. Indianbill went through a process with you to fix the rankings, none of the actions could be performed - because this is your company's website. So we'll have to be more creative to get the penalty lifted. If you want to come up with a favorable resolution, please message support (@marketmongoosesupport) so we can begin a dialogue with you.

I have been with these guys for a little over 3 months now and I am pleased with their results and customer service. Emails are replied to very promptly. I gave them 2 sites. The first a brand new site,i went for silver package and all 5 of my keywords rank on the first page, for competitive terms. The second site was an older site, gold package, there has been improvement for some keywords, but im still around page 2-3 for main keywords and some others arent ranking that well. I have upgraded to a platinum package to see how it goes. All articles etc u can tell are written by non English speaker, but for the price they charge and for the other work they do, I cant complain. Overall I am very happy with their work so far and I will be signing up a third brand new site. Keep u posted

As you said if you were with them for six to eight months. Why don't you ask them what the problem in ranking my site? And ask them to work again instead of asking for a refund. Even if they were not able to diagnose your sites problem or rank your site with their suggestion. Ask for what you are asking. As Alex said I agree these guys are prompt in terms of service.
