Recommendation: At first, build some mass links to diversify anchor text and link sources (i.e. lots of social bookmarks, web 2.0's, profiles, pdf's, articles etc. with random anchor text like "click here", "read more"), then buy a service like this and use your target keywords as anchor text.

As alex.b mentioned above this post, we generally recommend sites to have some sort of existing backlink profile before using these types of links. That said, we have seen really amazing results on brand new websites only registered a couple days old. If you're looking to rank this site for the long term, you need to continue to build other types of links along side these.
