Yes, it has faking referer functionality, however since it requires bit of preparation it is not embedded into the software. I provide for free detailed guide plus the necessary scripts to accomplish that to all my customers.
As about blanking, thats easy and is embedded into the software

cleanfiles is a PPD provider and when dealing with custom content locker like MCL you cut the middle man and work directly with CPA companies. So what you need is to apply to some CPA companies to work with

I want to know if MCL has the option to hide all the offers from a network from a user after he has completed a survey or when it will be implemented. Also is there a function where I can hide a network from ALL visitors after a number of completed surveys, like only generate 15 +/- 2 ( A range we can set in this case 13 to 17) as I don't want the networks I'm at to be suspicious of my traffic. I just had my best converting offer paused for making $200 a day off of it after 2 days.

Currently the features you ask for are not available in MCL, nor i can say exact date when they will be added as I don't release new versions on schedule, but once i get some new major features added.
Currently there is a "Converions Cap" feature on "per offer" level, that lets you automatically maintain specified number of completions for specified time interval all automatically (MCL auto hides/shows offers when the cap is reached)
I will see if "per network" verions of the feature could be implemented, because there the calculations will be much more than "per offer" level and i am not sure from now if this would be lightweight to any kind of servers..

what's the benefit of the extra cost of premium support? I see alot of reviews only mentioned the 77 with full support. Adding up already cost 102, 5 extra off the other. not to mention i think there's still a way to get the other for 67 via another link. 127 without discount plus 25 for support, little bit hard to justify the cost.
From the reviews I can see clearly this is a better one, but i just had a negative towards upsell and markups marketing.

There are no upsells or markup marketing, the price is plain and simple - $77 here on BHW special pricing. The premium support as explained in details on my website is optional. You get rock solid support with or without purchasing it, just customers who purchased premium support to help me expand my customer service get priority over regular customers.
