Ebay suspended you? What did you do to annoy them?
I was selling ebook on myspace and a loophole on how to save fees.
I heard that ebay can ban you permanently by getting another account while you are suspended, so just wondering if there is a another way to get pass this

OK; The "Foolproof I Got Banned From eBay New Account Plan".
(1) Get a PO box at a UPS store, NOT the US Post Office. This gives you a legitimate street address.
(2) Open a new bank account registered to that address but use your initials and last name on the account or set up a DBA account dissimilar to your old eBay user name.
(3) Go online and fill out an IRS Form SS4 to obtain an Employer Identification Number or EIN for your new online business. Make certain that this EIN is tied to the bank account. Any time that eBay or PayPal asks for an SSN, use the EIN; it's legal, don't worry!
(4) Get a check or debit card on that account in the new name. Even better, have a trusted friend do all of this in his/her name and YOU keep the debit card and banking info. As your online business should at the end of the tax year show no profit this will not affect your friend's tax situation other than to fill out a couple of more forms.
(5) Change your phone number or get a new line in as both PayPal and eBay track and cross-reference phone numbers. You cannot use cell phones for this.
(6) Open a new PayPal account using that banking information and the UPS Store address. Do NOT use your old PayPal account, old phone number or your old address as eBay will figure it out and ban your new account!
(7) Set up your bright shiny new eBay account using the above info and always, always, always. make certain that your listings make NO reference to anything that you used on the banned account; not download sites, websites; nothing that makes reference to your banned account!
Although in violation of both eBay and PayPal TOS, this plan is in NO WAY illegal and if you watch your Ps and Qs, neither eBay or PayPal will ever catch you!
Then sell 20 things on eBay quickly, even if you lose money on them so that you can get the required number of Positive Feedbacks to do "Buy It Now" listings and open an eBay store.

eBay owns PayPal.... So YES. They will find out.
Also, do not use your home computer when you set your account because of your IP address. Just a bit of safety precaution.

Second the ebay tracking system is everywhere: in you email, when you log in into your Ebay account, when you surf Ebay auctions and so on....
Nothing is missed by the Big E Eye, Ebay is watching everytime.
Third if you are not a Big powerseller with a lot of big sales over your shoulders forget to beat the Ebay competition, because they will knock you out of the game.
Fourth the Ebay security sucks, everytime, ebay accounts are phished by phishers to make few bucks. Underlining the PayPal refound policy whereby an Ebay customer can have your product and its money back.
In the long run forget about Ebay, have a look at online auctions around, like ebid, you will definitely save your time, money and effort.

I guess the lesson learned here is open multiple accounts before you are banned. I have two ebay accounts right now and I'm even thinking about registering more (same with paypal and adsense). I've been suspended for non-payment before, but it only affects one account. I've been able to list with one account new stuff while the other was suspended. Of course I always pay my fees to get my account re-instated but so far it has never affected my other account.

I had an ebay account suspended for selling counterfeit purses (made BIG money). I followed steps similar to the ones above. I used my sisters maried name and address.
The main thing I would stress is to buy a cheap new computer. DON'T use the same computer as before, even with changing the IP address. The other way around this is to reboot your computer (but you will abviously lose a ton of info on your computer.

doesn't ebay and paypal check ip addresses as well? That's what I've heard, but not exactly sure.
If your original ebay account already received a large quantity of feedbacks, then try to email ebay to reinstate your account, usually they will if you talk properly, it take one to two months to complete the process, so be patient. Alternatively you may ask your friend or relative to register a new account at the mean time just let you get some income from ebay, but whatever you do, try to follow their law, they are very strict nowadays, don't play around to get permanent banned.

ebay is getting really strict nowadays, there actually forcing people to use paypal as a payment method. However getting a New account is possible but payment options are limited to the fact ebay's trying to create a monopoly.

Can someone give the easiest and most detailed method on how to make a new ebay account? The aspkin forums are useful, but it seems like ebay keeps updating the registration requirements to make it harder to make a new account. Anyone have the latest info to help me out? I really need a sell again.
