I just want to say this because a few people are complaining about losing google plus ones. Rui is definitely doing his best to provide a quality service and the google plus one drops have only been for a few select people.
how do I know this? well all the social signals for my free review copy are still standing, this was completed before the BST went live! all the social signals are still above 50 and to be honest I haven't noticed any drops in them at all, so thats still 100% retention after two weeks.

We are offering full replacement or a refund if your signals do not retain within 2 months, and as I previously said, it only happened to around 10 orders out of the 160+ we already processed in under 2 weeks.
