I was lucky enough to receive a review copy and may I say, this service is excellent!
Video created was very clean and simple, nicely done. All the signals + back-links were drip-fed as said and every the comments were spread out a few hours apart to look natural! Even down to the blog post created it was excellent, the article read very well. Ahrefs also shows roughly 3K+ back-links indexed.
I received my report about 2 days earlier than expected and overall, it's just a great all-in-one YT service. Definitely a steal at this price

So if I understand your question correctly, you video is ranking on Google and you want to rank it on youtube as well and you want to move your #2 rank on google to #1.
Honestly I think, #2 or #1 ranks on google for youtube videos is dependent more on the niche and keyword you have than on the ranking signals which we are boosting here.
Google's algo determines if for a particular keyword in a particular niche if a youtube video is what a user would find as the most relevant result. Unless that is the case I don't think adding more ranking signals to your video will rank it #1. May be share your video/keywords via pm and I might be able to tell you better. Based on the current information I have I think I gave you a reasonable answer.
