How do I send emails in bulk?

I've spent over an hour looking up how to send bulk emails, I've even installed various software and I still can't figure out how to send bulk mail! I have an email list with 100,000 emails and all I want to do is just email every person on that email list once with the link to my site. Any tips?

Install a pro version of Wysija on one of your Wordpress installations, link it with a mail account and import your mail list. Then create an email template and set it to send out 50-200 / hour (this will keep your mail from being delivered to the junk mail folder)
You can even track the conversion of your emails, see how many people opened, clicked, or unsubscribed from your mailing list.

Hope this helps, by the way this is like the 5th time I'm sharing this method. Maybe I should make a thread since this question seems to pop up a lot.

You want the mailing list in CSV format? Paste it on Excel and export it to CSV....

you could try some mass email services or try to get mass email script and host it on good hosting providers.

ok i thought about something like this = 100 yahoo accounts + 100 anonymous proxies.And to send 5 messages an hour from each. BUT! The message will be the same...

Not exactly.

They would allow you to *import* your list and ask for a permission to send mailing. Once your subscribers will accept your invite (by opting-in) you will be allowed to mail them spam-free (with guaranteed delivery).

Of course there are many advantages doing that: emailing users that actually didn't optin to your list is totally a waste of time. It is much better to build-up your list, and build a solid relation with them.

Buy a cheap VPS from any host. Because shared hosting has a sending limit 100 or 200 per hour. I tried using most of the softwares the emails will land in spam or junk. So if you want to send emails to inbox get a cheap vps and ask your hosting provider to configure SPF properly. After that install a interspire email marketer it has great features google it. So if you think you can get profits by doing email marketing then spend some money on a vps many hosting proivders are selling vps for a very cheap price. Good luck
