No offense. But its been 3 days since I've ordered, I have waited, I have pm'd you, and still no response.

Is this normal for BHW SEO services? I usually order my SEO from WF, and this is the **3rd** service in
a row from BHW, that has terrible communication. I have never ordered a service from WF that is so
lackadaisical towards its customers.

In sales training, you are taught to communicate SOMETHING to a client right after they give you money,
to avoid refunds. If you are not capable of that, set up an automated response with a
form. If you're not making enough money to do that, raise the price of your service. Do ANYTHING to make
the communication better. 3 days and no messages, no pms, no emails, is like you're begging for refunds.

If you can't get back to me at the end of today (tues), or don't want to do my work cause you think I'm
an impatient ass, REFUND my order. If there is one thing I can't stand its sellers on a marketing forum,
who can convert clients, but have no idea how to keep them.

my experience in WF is being scammed for two times in a row after paying the forum register fee.
so I would say three in a row
The scammers even are not banned from WF.
they are still scamming others everyday.

Seriously? I've been a member on WF for 3 years and have never paid a forum register fee.
First SEO service I ordered there, had both my keywords ranking in the top 3 in less than
2 months. Every service I've ordered afterwards, I've been contacted within an hour after
buying the service. I'm not saying it IS more professional, but in my experience it definitely
seems that way.

I'm trying out BHW because of all the people saying these services are "top notch". But 9/10
threads don't even tell you WHAT to do after you order. Its more like "lets hit a paypal button
and hang around with our fingers up our ass untill something happens".

BTW, I don't want to sound all uppity about WF. But there is a lot more competition on there.
More competition tends to mean more of a chance that people have their shit in order.

Well thanks for getting back. I was happy to see you had a submission form and I have no idea why
I wasn't taken there after I ordered. I also hope I didn't come off rude but it seems like there's a bit of confusion
about what people should do after they order. If you just read through the thread that is.

Some people post here that they ordered, and are waiting for you to pm them details.

Others order than pm you immediately.

Some get taken to the form submission right after they order (I question how many people
this is actually working for if you read the comments).

Again, I appreciate your help, and submitted my details. But I hate to see you lose business
because people have no idea what to do after they order.
