Unique, quality, relevant content and posting on a constant basis is the real thing when talking about SEO.
If your content really brings value to your visitors it will get natural backlinks as they will share it for sure.

Really great article, and never once asked for thanks or rep -- whats wrong with ya! LOL Thanks for the article. Been doing a lot of it, but a few items in there to look at that I havent been trying. Appreciate the hard work you put in.
Spending last few days spinning articles, all will look hand written and very readable and be about 95% unique for tier 2 stuff. Now need to spend a day writing for tier 1 and get to work!

Please Google what a spintax means.

To get this short: no, you don't need that many articles for Tier 2. 10-15 articles in TOTAL for tier 2 would be fine.

Sorry Kimi, I do know what spintax is. I used Article Marketing Robot for a while a couple of years ago with primarily spun articles. But, I still don't understand how 10-15 articles total with be enough to point back at 10-15 different Tier 1 properties. Is there a one to one relationship (i.e. one Tier 2 points to one Tier 1 and that is it?).

If I read properly a page back you mentioned you spun the Tier 2 articles as {Article1|Article2|...Article15}. Each Tier 2 would then get 1 of these articles.

Maybe I am not making sense, or missing something completely stupid. Apologies for all of the questions.

Hi Kimi, may I ask how do you index your backlinks? I'm currently making 2.0's sites with unique articles on them linking to my money site with "click here, more info, etc." kind of keywords and also exact keyword links, but I don't think they'll be indexed magically on google, what do you do to get these backlinks indexed? Thanks!

I have quite a lot of experience at microniche sites, but thought I'd follow your guide anyway!
On 21st june I registered my UK emd domain. GKT says 1300 UK exact matches. 22,000 broad match
I wrote the homepage and did what you said - over 1000 words (normally i do less than 500)
I followed your advice in using keyword in title, description, H1, bold in 3rd paragraph, italic in 3rd.
I actually want more than 2 images but have used keyword in two of them as specified.
I have written 5 pages for the site so far. Most pages have around 500 words.
I have created three web 2's using original content (webgarden, weebly, tumbr). The web2's are keyword.weebly.com etc
Each web 2 has 500 words of original content, one relevant image and one relevant video.
Each web 2 has one link from the first paragraph to the money site using exact keyword or very close.
I used a trial of GSA and NOHands to send some links to the web 2's.

I have not yet added adsense or Amazon to the site.
Today 11 days after launch I am position 13 for my exact match search term.

Need to go back to the guide and see what I still haven't done.
Will create some more web 2's and then look at how I ought to link to them

Thank you for the great information! I think you told my story when you said reading is not taking action. It put what I am doing into a different perspective, and I will now go try to take action because I am tired of trying to gather all the information I can.
