2-3 days ago i start having problem with my "30 usd vps"....but i didnt bring it up here until now, but 2-3 days at hosting is waaaaaaaaaaaay to much
luckily i dont have my sites hosted there
so 2-3 days ago server stopped to work, i was also unable to access "the reboot page" (i got some blank page)
i was then offered some other ip (and i assume some other server, or just the same reformatted)...but connection to there was slow for me as hell
i would like to point out i use this for like 5 months.....and it was always unusual for me for not being able to install windows updates...i was always getting error..and i mention this to support yesterday.....with the fact that everything is slow
yesterday i was told they installed xp3 and i need to reboot machine when finished...so 13 hours ago when i woke up to go to work i rebooted machine (which was still behaving slow)...now i just got from work and i tried to log in....and i just login for 30 seconds or so....and is see some blank page, then connection gets automaticly closed
2-3 days without being able to use server.....bad....very unproffesional

Hello,
We're sorry you haven't been satisfied by our services. We never received any ticket regarding your blank page. I logged in an fixed this issue since after SP3 was installed and it was ready for it's last reboot. I personally tested your server after the reboot and everything it back up and running as it should.

I'm interest with your VPS service. But I want to know about your CPU load tolerance. I have VPS account in Santrex. They suspended my VPS cause CPU load. When i check the CPU usage was 15%. Will you suspended the VPS too with that CPU load reason ? I only used Pro Submitter with that VPS. And where is your server location ?

We do not have any limits on your CPU load as we dedicate virtual CPU resources to each VPS. To answer your question, we will not suspend you. We offer locations in the United States as well as France.
