Hi. I love GSA SER it's a great product. I am having one issue however, ever since the last update now all of my submissions say gives a message of "Possible Fireall or Proxy issue" I've never once had this problem with the software before. Does anyone else have problems like this since the last update? Thanks!

Is it not scraping any results?

Not very impressed on first run. It took about 50 minutes to submit 45 url's with 6 verified. Settings were only for blog comments on domains above PR1 and less than 100 outbound links.

Is this success rate normal or something is wrong with my settings?

Its your settings but I don't know what it is without knowing more information. Are you using private or public proxies? If its public, that is your problem right there. How many threads were you running? Which SE's were selected? You should watch some tutorials to get a better understanding of how it works so you know how to set it up if you're going for quantity > quality.

Keep in mind those are blog comments and its scraping those from the search engines. A lot of them will be moderated so you aren't going to be having 50 submitted and 50 verified, it takes time to build up a list.

because you are using public proxies that die within seconds. do you a favour and buy a couple of private proxies like 10 semi-dedicated for the start (from buyproxies/proxy-hub/fiverr).

As Ozz mentined, you're using public proxies. When using public proxies you kinda have to take whatever links you can get. When you get private proxies it makes it run much much better.

Where the footprints for blog platforms are located? Can i add my own footprints?

Look in the platform selection window and double click on the platform. It will open the .ini file and you can see the footprints for that engine after the line, "search term="

You can add your own footprints and save the file. Keep in mind after an update, it will overwrite the file unless you rename it something different.

Also, software seems to have lot of viruses, I have downloaded this from the link mentioned above and AVG gave me tons of warnings.
I usually avoid using these kind of soft wares and my personal experience with many other soft wares are that 99% of them are useless.

How long proxies last really depends on your settings. Time between search engine queries, thread count, etc. Building 1,000 backlinks isn't much so I doubt you'll have issues if unless you go crazy with the settings.

The viruses are on the sites that the software finds on the internet. The software itself is totally clean.

That is nothing to worry about. AVG sees that SER is about to download content from that site. It doesn't actually execute it, but AVG can't tell the difference so it blocks access to that site.

More and more of my web 2 submissions seem to be getting repeat posts, for example one of my blogs has had the same article posted 10 times to it as well as 10 links in the profile, I have the option 'avoid posting on same url twice' ticked
