I had the opportunity to test and review the service before it went live and this is my opinion:

Although i am not aware of the full picture of the seo performed by the service (the secret sauce and the rank pushing part being kept confidential as promised) the overall strategy is very well thought and in line with the latest working seo techniques.

The web 2.0 properties report i received consisted of a series of high quality properties made on various web 2.0 sites, quite diverse and some of them unique, not the usual squidoo, hubpages, etc.. Each web property consisted of a high quality short article, written in cursive English that made perfect sense and was extremely relevant to my website accompanied by a relevant picture. In terms of web 2.0 properties created for back linking purposes, these were definitively on the high end side compared with other services.

The rank pushing and backlinking is still going on to these properties, and i did not have a chance yet to analyze indexation rates and serp movement, seeing that the service is recent, but if the rest of the process is done with the same quality and attention as the web 2.0 properties have been, i have no doubts that this can be a great and well worth the money service.
