I wanted to share a quick note on my experience with Global Staff. I hired their highest level VA three weeks ago for a project requiring a diverse skill set (video creation, account creation, manual commenting, and SEO). After a few Skype conversations with my VA and VA manager, my VA got to work using the SOP I provided her.
I was immediately impressed by my VA's attention to detail, ability to follow directions, and communication skills. Even though I have assigned my VA rather monotonous tasks, her work output has increased over the past three weeks.
I have been extremely pleased with her work product thus far and plan to continue working with Global Staff (maybe even hire a couple more VAs) in the months to come.
