I'm in the UK, and looking for a VCC to verify and withdraw my PayPal funds- would your service allow me to withdraw to the VCC, and load my Payza account (legit) using the VCC? Even if I used a different country PP account?

I repeat: never used this account, only accessed through private vpn, never put vba/vcc yet. The reason is of course on documents, which looks suspicious to them for some reason...

Friend, I understand these things may happen, no problems, but if you state in your refund policy that you will refund full amount if don't get service after 72h, you must give refund for this reason alone, even if my account was not limited. Don't you agree?
