The actual lesson of this is: big boys on the net have a "all the profits are belong to us" attitude, and if anybody small is making big boy money, it must be a crime. All Hogan was guilty of was piggy backing on to eBay and using a tactic bigger companies used. When the 'wrong' parties (AKA, the little people) also started cookie stuffing, oh heavens, the sky must be falling!
