I know someone mentioned mailchimp but you can't even send
affiliate links in emails on that one.

I'm looking for the cheapest solution to sending at most a few thousand emails
a day.

Setup a VPS with Interspire Email Marketer also try to use PMTA, configure it according to the standards of industry and as devised by major ISPs. If you are looking for something already configured, you need to use a hygienic list. Hit me up adnan.ahmed227 @ Skype for more discussion.

Even though Constant Contact hasn't been mentioned I have had good luck with it. They have been very tolerable with my "numbers"
