Correct me if i'm wrong but the high retention (no matter the video length) views is in the process of getting fixed and will be back in a few days?

All my videos are more than 2minutes so I can't use the 1minute retention views

When I ordered, I had just uploaded my vid and had less than 5 organic views.
24 hours after ordering, my video was stuck on 301 views
36 hours after ordering, my video has 14,000 views (hardly any of those are organic)

I know there are some problems and BB is having some medical issues, but i think that more than 5 days have passed and i didn't received nothing.
